La Plancha de Eldorado is a casual latin grill located just outside Santa Fe, NM in Eldorado. We feature a large menu of original recipes and unique flavors.
We are open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and welcome business groups, families and individuals. No reservation is required, however a reservation is recommended on Friday evenings.

Sunday brunch was excellent. We just moved to Eldorado at Santa Fe and it is nice to have a moderately priced restaurant in the neighborhood that has good service and food.
